You can convert your kettle grill into a mobile outdoor cooking center. All parts can be cut and assembled from common-size pine lumber using only hand tools. The plan shows how to use all existing hardware, including the wheels. The lower shelf is handy for stowing briquettes and starter fluid. And the kettle enclosure keeps the hot parts away from children. When not covering the grill, the kettle top hangs conveniently from the corner of the caddy work surface. Overall dimensions are 36 inches high, 48 inches wide and 28 inches deep.
