Homeplans.com offers the best prices on house, garage, and project plans. Period. If you happen to find a lower price from another plans source, be sure to let us know! If you satisfy the requirements below, we will not only meet that lower price -- we’ll beat it by 5.5%. Requirements: 1. The plan with lower price must be the same plan as the one offered by Homeplans.com. 2. The same plan package (5 sets, 8 sets, reproducible, CAD files, PDF files, etc.) for the plan in question must be available on Homeplans.com. For example, if you are comparing a price for a 4-set house plan package on a competitive website to the price for a 5-set house plan package from Homeplans.com, this requirement is not fulfilled because our price includes one more set. 3. Price guarantee applies to claims made prior to plan purchase, or within 7 days of plan purchase. 4. Price guarantee applies to the plan package price (excluding taxes, shipping, and other extraneous charges). 5. Customer must provide details of the plan and price offered by the other plans source so that we may verify that the plan is the same and that the price is lower. Details include: a. Website link to the plan on a competitive website or copy of a magazine page advertising the competitor’s house plan, including competitor’s name and contact information. b. Proof of total price of competitive plan package (excluding taxes, shipping and other extraneous charges).
