Bart Gothman of Colorado is a man of few words, but boy, are they
choice ones! When asked why he decided to build Plan NW-579 for
his first building project, his response is straightforward:
"Looks, floor plan and cost."
Prompted by an overinflated housing market, Bart chose to build
instead of buy. The home, which took five months to complete, easily
accommodates his family, which includes his wife and two children.
When asked to name his favorite features of the home, Bart responds
with Coolidge-like brevity: "Everything!"
Landscaping is next on the family's to-do list.
