Space drew Pam and Ben Coleman to plan DD-3125 as they searched
for a home to build. They wanted an open floor plan, as well as
plenty of room for their 11-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter.
The plan's country look, three-car garage and two-story Great
Room scored high points with the Colemans. The spacious library
and bonus room further sealed the deal. Now that the home is
built, though, the stunning look of the Great Room's towering
stone fireplace next to its rustic wood beam is the Colemans'
favorite home feature.
Aesthetics aside, the space that initially drew the Colemans to
plan DD-3125 has fulfilled its huge expectations. "The floor
plan is open and inviting, yet there is plenty of space for the
kids to be kids," says Pam. "They love their new
home!"
