An infill lot is a vacant lot in an existing neighborhood, but because of their narrow width, these lots are many times overlooked. Our selection of urban/infill lot designs were chosen to suit high density, narrow lot areas. The maximum width of designs in this collection is 30 feet. Many have rear loading or detached garages to take advantage of alleys.
